With a background in Business and Marketing from Cal State LA and over two years of real estate experience, he brings a strategic mindset and a powerful mix of heart and hustle to every transaction.

Nico began his real estate career as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for one of Santa Clarita’s top-producing teams, helping 38 families successfully achieve homeownership. Since becoming a licensed agent, he has personally closed 8 transactions — bringing the total to 46 families served.
