Team Structures Built to Scale

Duo Teams – Ideal for partners or spouses who want shared costs, full platform access, and 100% control. One subscription, one transaction fee per deal.
Standard Teams – Designed for 3+ agents. Team leaders keep 100% commission with $0 cap and $0 fees, while team members enjoy an optional $8,000 team cap and full access to EstateX tools. You set the structure — we support it.
Pro Teams – Built for 10+ agents. Leaders pay no transaction fees or cap, and members benefit from an optional $6,000 cap. Includes elite perks like national referral visibility, custom Xchange workspace, and leadership-level recognition.
Team leaders keep full control while earning recurring income through our referral program. No other brokerage offers this level of autonomy and upside.
Exclusive rewards: 5% revenue share on every deal plus one-time bonuses up to $250.

Structure
• Single-tier — earnings only from agents you personally recruit
• Two earning components:
1. GCI revenue share until recruit hits annual cap
2. One-time bonus in year 1 only (Premium & Essential only)
GCI Revenue Share
• 5% of Gross Commission Income on every transaction your recruit closes
• Stops when recruit reaches their annual cap
Caps:
Essential: $9K company dollar cap → $60K GCI
Standard: $12K company dollar cap → $80K GCI
One-Time Bonus
(Year 1 Only)
• Premium: $250
• Essential: $75
• Standard: $25
Paid after first closed transaction or 30 days (whichever comes first)
